NR Ledger is a small Indian project for noticing everyday patterns without turning tiredness into a label or making promises about results.
We made this questionnaire for adults who notice an afternoon crash during work, travel, or household duties on ordinary weekdays when demands can build up quietly too. It asks about sleep, hydration, meal timing, movement, and motivation. Your answers create a general summary of routine areas that may deserve a closer look. It is not a medical assessment.
We keep the questions practical, because your day matters more than an ideal schedule. Some afternoons are difficult even after 7 hours of sleep, while other days feel manageable with planning. The summary is meant to help you notice a possible link between timing, pauses, fluids, and how you feel later. You can pick one change and watch it for 2 weeks. Perhaps you will shift lunch, fill your bottle before work, or stand up during calls. Perhaps motivation improves once a task has a first step, but if nothing changes, that information is not a reason to blame yourself, and a doctor can help decide what deserves attention when tiredness worries you.
